Wer die beiden Vorgängeralben mochte, wird dieses hier sicher auch nicht von der Bettkante stoßen. Chez bleibt sich treu, und das ist auch gut so, oder? Musikalisch in jedem Fall. Leider bin ich kein Fan des Covers und überhaupt ihrer Bühnenoutfits. Ich weiß, dass ich da nicht allein bin, darum darf ich das hier ruhig zum Thema machen. Wenn sie nicht will, dass es zum Thema gemacht wird, dann darf sie sich nicht so präsentieren. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie denkt, wir sind in den 80ern alle halbnackt rumgeturnt? Wenn man sich die Cover diverser Rockalben aus den 80ern ansieht (Lee Aaron oder Lita Ford), dann tatsächlich – so sahen Cover in den 80ern aus, unter anderem. Lassen wir es einfach dabei, ich brauche es nicht, sie hätte es nicht nötig, es macht die Musik weder besser noch schlechter.
Kommen wir zum Wichtigen: der Musik! Wer sich in die 80er zurückversetzen lassen möchte, der sollte zugreifen, eine Hommage an die geilste Zeit für Rockmusik ever! Manchmal nervt mich ihre piepsige Stimme etwas, aber das ist ein persönliches Ding von mir, ich kann Rush wegen Geddy Lee auch nicht ertragen. Fazit: Musik top – Cover Flop!
Ich bezeichne das hier keineswegs als Review des Albums, es ist eher nur eine Bekanntmachung, ein Teaser, ein paar persönliche Gedanken. Ich habe kein Talent dafür, Songstrukturen auseinanderzunehmen, zu analysieren und das Ganze anschließend niederzuschreiben. Tatsächlich mag ich auch nicht ellenlange Texte lesen, daher lass ich die Musik sprechen! Viel Spaß mit den Videos!
